Jefferson brings a strong background in sales, operations, and workforce development to her new role. Originally from Chicago, she began her career working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities through workforce programs like Project Search and Ticket to Work at Milestone in Memphis. There, she helped connect individuals to meaningful employment opportunities – an experience that continues to shape her people-first approach to staffing.
Since joining HireQuest Direct in 2019 in Nashville, Jefferson has steadily advanced through the organization. Starting as a coordinator, she quickly moved into a sales role before being promoted to Regional Operations Manager, where she successfully oversaw 15 branches across multiple markets from her base in Memphis.
Now, as a franchise owner, Jefferson is excited to focus her energy on a single market – Indianapolis – where she can make a deeper, more localized impact.
